STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

Complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.  We'll send you initial disclosures and a request to supply additional information.  We'll order the appraisal and schedule the inspection.

STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

You will choose either an Attorney or Title Company to represent you at the closing.  The Attorney or Title Company will handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase or refinance go smoothly.  We will coordinate with the Attorney or Title Company and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
